In January-July of this year, China's overall undressed iron ore output amounted to 691.92 million t, increasing by 21.9% compared to the same period of last year. While in July alone China's undressed iron ore production had reached 116.96 million t, rising by 21.7% year over year.
On the other hand, China had imported 54.55 million t of the iron ore in July, swelling by 3.46 million t month over month and by 6.54% year over year, meanwhile from January to July this year, China's overall iron ore imports totaled 388.63 million t, up 7.9% year over year. While the import price had hit a new record high of $162.8 per t, up 39.1% year on year.
Besides, in January-July of current year, the Inner Mongolia's raw coal output reached 536.54 million t, rising by 130.24 million t or 32.06% year over year. While in July alone Inner Mongolia had produced 84.1 million t of the raw coal, increasing by 1556 million t or 22.7% year over year.
